1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms cover the public website, newsletters, official social channels and any digital goods we provide. Using any of these services means you accept the Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian before engaging with AIKA World content.

2. Intellectual Property

All AIKA World content is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to:

• Character names, likenesses, story elements and gameplay terminology.
• Logotypes, icons, UI layouts and branded visual designs.
• Illustrations, key art, screenshots, renders and promotional videos.
• Lore entries, website copy, blog posts and any narrative scripts.
• Audio cues, musical themes and voice-over performances.

You may not remove watermarks, copyright notices or metadata that identify AIKA World as the owner of the materials.

3. Community & Fan Contributions

We love seeing fan art, cosplay and other creative expressions. Section 4 below explains what is permitted for non-commercial usage. By submitting fan creations to our official channels, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to feature, repost or adapt them for community highlights. You always retain ownership of your original work.

4. Non-commercial Use and Licensing

You may share fan creations for personal enjoyment as long as they are clearly labeled as unofficial and comply with the Fan Content Policy. Commercial exploitation requires our written permission.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Selling or monetising AIKA World assets, characters or lore without a signed agreement.
• Publishing unofficial games, merchandise or digital collections that could be mistaken for official releases.
• Impersonating AIKA World staff or misrepresenting partnerships.
• Uploading malicious code, scraping large portions of the site or interfering with our services.
• Using our platforms to harass, discriminate or promote hate.

6. Disclaimers and Liability

AIKA World is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, future feature releases or that content will remain available forever.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIKA World Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, downloadable assets or community features.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Budapest.
